After this, you'll need to purchase a monthly plan. According to leaks, Starlink monthly plans in India could start at ₹3,300. It's also being said that prices may vary slightly depending on the region.
How much speed will be available and who will be able to get a connection?
Starlink's primary goal is to bring internet to remote areas, and its speeds will be nothing short of a dream. Starlink is expected to offer internet speeds ranging from 25Mbps to 220Mbps in India.
You can expect speeds of around 25 to 50Mbps in its base plans, which is sufficient for video streaming and online classes. Its high-end plans can reach speeds of up to 220Mbps.
However, initially, not everyone will be able to access it. The Indian government has set an upper limit on Starlink's connections in the country. Accordingly, Starlink can currently provide only 2 million connections in India. The company may provide official information about this in the future.
