Changes in the team are certain
Fast bowlers Akash Deep and Arshdeep Singh are trying to regain fitness. Akash Deep played the second and third Tests, but his playing is still doubtful. Arshdeep has not yet made his Test debut and it is not certain that he will play in the fourth Test. In such a situation, young fast bowler Anshul Kamboj from Haryana has been included in the team as cover.
Now it remains to be seen whether the team management gives a chance to Prasidh Krishna or Kamboj. Considering the importance of the fourth Test, Jasprit Bumrah's return to the team is almost certain. His presence will strengthen the bowling attack.

Will Karun Nair be on leave?
There is no doubt about Rishabh Pant's batting fitness, but his wicketkeeping status is still not clear. In such a situation, Dhruv Jurel is certain to play as a wicketkeeper. Pant will give depth to the team in batting, but he can be kept away from keeping. Jurel's entry means that Karun Nair may have to sit out.
But this has raised doubts about the number three batsman, because it can be a bit difficult for a wicketkeeper-batsman to come at number three. In this situation, there is a possibility of sending Washington Sundar at number three. Sundar has batted in the top order for Tamil Nadu before.
