Pictures depicting the story of Lord Ram are being painted on the streets. The city of Ayodhya is being restored to its ancient grandeur. Both technical and manual systems have been strengthened to hoist the flag atop the main spire of the temple.
The flag flying over the Ram Temple will be bright saffron in color and triangular in shape, depicting the Sun God and the Om symbol in the center. Security arrangements have been strengthened throughout Ayodhya for this occasion. Other devotees have been prohibited from attending the ceremony.
