Samsung is developing at least two new flagship models in an effort to hold onto its leading position in the Android tablet market. The Plus and Ultra models are probably part of the next generation of Galaxy Tab S11s.
The Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra (SM-X936B) achieved online benchmarks today (via Xpertpick), exposing Samsung's chipset selection and a few other characteristics. As you might have predicted from a previous benchmark for the Tab S11+, the Tab S11 Ultra will likewise be powered by a competing Qualcomm processor.

The Galaxy Tab S11+ and Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra do not appear to be dependent on a Snapdragon SoC, in fact. MediaTek chips, notably the Dimensity 9400+, will still be used in both tablets.
Last year, Samsung started using a MediaTek rather than a Snapdragon solution for its high-end Galaxy Tab S series. The first Galaxy tablets to use MediaTek were the Tab S10+ and Tab S10 Ultra. When they first came out, the Dimensity 9300+ SoC was in use.

Android 16 and 12GB of RAM are two more specifications listed by the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra Geekbench entry (via @tarunvats33). It appears that One UI 8 will be included in the first high-end Samsung tablet series, the Galaxy Tab S11.
The Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra outperforms the Tab S10 Ultra in terms of performance. In single-core, it received 2,675 points, while in multi-core, it received 8,039 points. On the other hand, the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra falls between 2,100 and 7,200.

The Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Z Flip 7 will make their debut during next month's Galaxy Unpacked event, which Samsung is currently prepping for. Samsung has not yet commented on the impending Galaxy Tab S11 series. Although the Galaxy Tab S10 lineup was revealed in September and became available in October, the Galaxy Tab S11 lineup should be available in a few months if Samsung sticks to its annual launch plan.
