Telangana High Court said- can a person be held responsible for the incident just because he is an actor.

The entire incident from the arrest of Pushpa i.e. actor Allu Arjun to his interim bail on Friday was no less than a film script. Hyderabad Police detained him from his house, then after arrest and health check-up, he was produced in the court.
When the actor was being taken to jail on 14-day judicial custody on the orders of the trial court, the order of Telangana High Court came to release him on interim bail.
After hearing the arguments of both the sides for about two hours, the bench of Justice Juvvadi Sridevi in the High Court raised the question in oral remarks, can he be held responsible for such an incident just because he is an actor? There is no concrete material...
The court expressed sympathy towards the family of the deceased. But at the same time said that the allegations made under the provisions of Section 105 and 108 do not seem to be correct prima facie. The court said, he also has the right to life and liberty on this earth.

Allu Arjun said- Police did not even allow me to have breakfast
Allu Arjun questioned the attitude of the police regarding his arrest and said that he was taken directly from his bedroom. The policemen neither allowed him to change his clothes nor had tea or breakfast. A video of him has also surfaced, in which he is seen consoling his wife before going with the police.
The deceased's husband said, Allu is not at fault, will withdraw the complaint
Bhaskar, the husband of the woman who died in the stampede, said on Friday that he does not hold actor Allu Arjun responsible for the incident. He cannot be blamed for the stampede in the cinema hall. Bhaskar also said that he is ready to withdraw his complaint.
She was seen giving statements in favour of the actor. Kangana Ranaut, Varun Dhawan, Raza Murad all said in one voice that Allu Arjun cannot be held responsible for the stampede. Meanwhile, the letter of Sandhya Cinema also goes viral on social media, in which the police was informed that the actors and actresses of Pushpa-2 are coming to watch the show in the cinema hall.
