MS Dhoni's Ranchi home received a significant makeover when his favourite number, 7, was added, and some of his most famous photos were placed on the walls. Since the number seven was his jersey number when he was playing, Dhoni is well-known for his association with it. The 43-year-old wears it for CSK in the IPL as well.
After Dhoni retired, the BCCI also retired his jersey number. Additionally, the former Indian captain has given his home in Harmu his favourite number. The residence will have the number seven attached to it, according to a report by Dainik Bhaskar. In addition, a wall featuring some of Dhoni's most well-known shots and wicketkeeping techniques—including the renowned helicopter—is located there. Fans are now taking selfies at the house.

In 2009, Dhoni was granted land by the Jharkhand State Housing Board to construct the home. After purchasing a piece of land adjacent to the designated area, the former Indian captain constructed the house and gave it the name Shaurya. In Simaliya, Ranchi, the CSK star resides in his farmhouse at the moment.
Dhoni has additional associations with the number seven besides it being his jersey number. In addition to being the seventh month of the year, July 7th is his birthday. Additionally, the former captain of India has a lifestyle brand called "SEVEN."
No.7 also starts 'Thala for a reason' meme
The number seven also served as the catalyst for the 'Thala for a reason meme'. Many people joined in when the connection went viral during the IPL matches. Dhoni acknowledged the meme and expressed gratitude to the fans for using it to his advantage.
"I am aware of it. However, I'm not aware of the cause. I'm not sure if it's meant to make me laugh, if it's a joke, or if it's a meme. I believe my supporters have manipulated it to my advantage. My fans are amazing. I don't have to speak or open my mouth. They take care of it if they believe someone has been unkind to me. Thus, I'm keeping quiet, having fun, and attempting to play cricket well. For me, that's what it is," Dhoni remarked.
Dhoni is prepared to return to the IPL.
