Mohan Singh Bisht, who became MLA for the sixth time, said that the new Chief Minister of Delhi will be elected from among 48 BJP MLAs. The Mustafabad MLA also reiterated his proposal to change the name of the minority dominated constituency to Shiv Vihar or Shiv Puri. The senior BJP MLA said that on one side there are around 42 per cent people from one community (minority) and on the other side there are 58 per cent people (Hindus). Therefore, the sentiments of the public should be respected.
