AIIMS is like a city, which building is where, how to go… read here(AIIMS एक शहर जैसा है)

'AIIMS Delhi' is a big name among hospitals, like which no other hospital has been built till date. This hospital is the last hope for people seeking treatment, but despite this, people are still afraid of getting treatment here. A major reason for this is the crowd of patients. Believe me, every work in AIIMS is done under a system which if followed properly then it is not at all difficult to get treatment here. This is the reason why thousands of people come here every day for treatment.

I got an assignment, the topic was AIIMS. When I reached here, after entering through the gate, I saw something that made it difficult to decide whether this was a hospital or a mobile city. I was wondering where to go when a girl like me living in Delhi was unaware of this hospital, so I can imagine that this building would seem no less than a maze to the people coming from far away places for treatment… If you keep in mind some of the things mentioned below, then it can be easy for you to get treatment in AIIMS.

Delhi AIIMS is the last hope for those who are rejected by other big hospitals. Where all the courage and efforts are defeated, the hope of showing once in AIIMS shows the belief that this institute is an example of the best treatment, hence every common and special person comes here for treatment but in itself being the best institute of the country. Due to this there is a lot of load on it. People come here not only from the country but also from outside for treatment. This is the reason why its campus never sleeps. There is hustle and bustle in this complex all the time, 24 hours a day and there is a constant flow of people coming here for treatment.

More than 10,000 patients come daily(रोजाना आते हैं 10,000 से ज़्यादा मरीज़)

Every day 10,000 to 15,000 patients come here for treatment from emergency to OPD, in which most of the patients from outside Delhi are included. This is the reason why most of the people are unaware of the system of getting treatment here and keep wandering here and there carrying files of papers.
