Rahul Gandhi receives "special treatment" from Congress, leaving him without ideology: Scindia

On Wednesday, Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia launched a ferocious attack on Rahul Gandhi and the Congress, claiming that the party has been left with only the ideology of a "traitor who works against the country."

The leader of the BJP accused the Congress of treating Rahul Gandhi with "special treatment" after his defamation conviction. He said that the party was doing everything it could to stay relevant and putting pressure on the judiciary.

In a direct attack on Gandhi, who has been accused of making these remarks, Scindia stated, "This party has insulted backward classes, sought proof of our armed forces' bravery, and spoken about our soldiers being beaten up by China." Gandhi has been accused of making these remarks.

"The Congress has been left with no philosophy." According to him, "This Congress has now been left with only one ideology, and that is the ideology of a traitor, an ideology that works against the country."

Interestingly, Scindia was a longtime member of the Congress and was regarded as Rahul Gandhi's close associate. He quit the party and joined the BJP in 2020 following contrasts with its authority, particularly in his home state, Madhya Pradesh, which prompted the fall of the Kamal Nath-drove government.

According to the minister, the Congress is portraying Gandhi's "personal legal battle" as a struggle for democracy.

Accusing the party of attempting to pressure and intimidate the judiciary by taking its army of leaders and supporters to Surat, where Gandhi filed an appeal in a criminal defamation case, he said, "It is leaving no stone unturned to play with democracy and hitting new lows."

He said, "The Parliament is not being allowed to function, and its leaders are wearing black clothes." He noted that several other leaders had previously been disqualified as well, so he questioned the reasoning behind this.

"Is this Gandhi's philosophy? For what reason is so much being finished for one individual?" He pressed.

Certain individuals are "top of the line residents" for the Congress, Scindia said, taking note of that a Congress chief had guaranteed that typical legitimate interaction ought not be applied to the Gandhis.
