India vs Australia Test Series: The five-Test series between India and Australia has ended. If we leave aside the first Test match, the Indian batsmen flopped badly in the series and could not show anything special. While Team India included experienced players like Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, KL Rahul and Rishabh Pant. But the result was the same. These star players were exposed in front of the deadly Australian bowlers and these players were yearning to stay on the crease, let alone scoring runs. Team India had to lose the series due to the poor performance of the batsmen.

Team India won the first match
Rohit Sharma did not play in the first Test match against Australia. His second child was born in India, which is why he was there. For this reason, Jaspreet Bumrah took over the captaincy in his place. Team India played brilliantly under Bumrah's captaincy and captain Bumrah himself took 8 wickets and played an important role in helping Team India win the match by 295 runs.

Defeat by 6 wickets in the fifth Test
Rohit Sharma returned in the second Test match and Team India's train derailed. After this, India had to face defeat by 10 wickets in the second Test. Rain caused the third Test match to be cancelled, and it ended in a draw. But the story of the Indian team's defeat did not change even in the fourth (defeat by 184 runs) and fifth Test (defeat by 6 wickets). India lost both these matches by a big margin and lost the series 3-1. Rohit had kept himself out of the playing XI from the fifth Test and Shubman Gill got a chance in his place, but he too failed to perform well.
