Reliance Jio has launched a new data voucher that costs just ₹11 and provides 10 GB of 4G internet to subscribers who have used up their daily allotment or who need more bandwidth temporarily.

Details of the ₹11 Jio data voucher

Jio's new ₹11 data voucher offers 10GB of 4G data that is valid for just one hour from the recharge, after which you get unlimited data but at a much lower speed.

However, this only covers internet services—not voice calls or SMS—which enables it to be provided at such a low cost to consumers who only need fast internet access.

Like all other data plans, it is accessible to both prepaid and postpaid customers and may be bought using the MyJio app or website.

Interestingly, the plan also functions even if the user does not have a base plan; however, calls and SMS will not function because they are not available.

At the moment, this new ₹11 data bundle is among the cheapest available in India, only surpassed by Airtel's offering, which also provides 10 GB of 4G data for an hour at the same cost. In contrast, Vodafone's cheapest plan, Idea, costs ₹23 and provides 1GB of data with a one-day validity period.

What are the other Jio data vouchers?

  • ₹49: Offers unlimited 4G data, though it's valid for just one day.
  • ₹175 gets you 10GB of data with 10 OTT apps for 28 days.
  • ₹219 offers 30GB of data for 30 days.
  • ₹359 offers 50GB data for 30 days.

Jio also offers booster packs that start at ₹19 for 1GB and go up to ₹139 for 12GB, each valid as long as the base plan is.
