IPL 2024 points table, highest run-scorers and wicket-takers and team rankings
Rajasthan leads the IPL 2024 points table prior to the RCB vs. SRH match on April 14 in Mumbai. Virat Kohli wears the orange cap, while Yuzvendra Chahal wears the purple cap.

On Monday, April 15, at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru, Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) will meet Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH), maintaining Rajasthan Royals' (RR) position atop the IPL 2024 points table. Hyderabad has a higher net run rate than the third-place Chennai Super Kings, so a victory today might propel them into the top three.
Bengaluru is unlikely to move up from their current spot at the bottom of the standings, even if they win tonight. They would draw even at four points with the Punjab Kings (PBKS), Mumbai Indians (MI), and Delhi Capitals (DC).
However, RCB can surpass all three of these teams and take the seventh spot if they are able to secure a huge victory. Hyderabad could lose badly enough to give up their present fourth-place standing to the fifth-place Lucknow Super Giants (LSG). Gujarat Titans are ranked sixth with six points.

Virat Kohli of Bengaluru is the owner of the orange hat. With his first-ever century in the IPL 2024, Rohit Sharma blasted into the top five on the Orange Cap leaderboard. Riyan Parag and Sanju Samson are ranked two and three, respectively.
