What happened in Pahalgam?
26 people have died and many are injured in the terrorist attack on tourists in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir. Out of these 26 people, 25 are tourists and one is a local citizen. Among the dead, 2 foreign nationals of Indian origin have also lost their lives. The terrorists have fired more than 50 rounds on the tourists.

At 2.30 pm, 2-3 terrorists arrived and started checking the identity cards of the tourists. After this, they started firing indiscriminately. An army officer was also present on this occasion, who had come here to visit with his family. He saved the people present there and took cover. The terrorists asked the names of the people and shot them dead.
This entire incident took place in Baisrana of Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir. This terrorist attack has created panic in the country and all the big leaders of the country including PM Modi, Amit Shah, Rajnath Singh have condemned this incident.
