Bangladesh Crisis News:

Bangladesh, whose formation was possible only because of India, without the help of the Indian army, the Mukti Bahini of Bangladesh was never in a position to form its own new country, Now that a coup has taken place in the same Bangladesh, that country has vowed to wipe out every trace of anything related to India.

This is the reason that after Sheikh Hasina was expelled from Bangladesh, the protesters are not only targeting the Hindus of Bangladesh, but they have also started breaking every thing related to India in Bangladesh. But this new government and the protesters have probably forgotten that if India withdraws its hand even now, then nothing but destruction and devastation will be seen in Bangladesh.

A picture that tells the story of the creation of Bangladesh

There is a picture which testifies to the formation of Bangladesh. The picture is a monument, which is a symbol of the war between India and Pakistan in 1971. In this monument, Lieutenant General AAK Niazi of the Pakistani Army is shown signing the surrender paper in which 90 thousand Pakistani soldiers surrendered in front of the Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Indian Army, Lieutenant-General Jagjit Singh Arora. And it was only after this surrender that a new country was established on the world map, which is called Bangladesh.

But now in the protests against Sheikh Hasina, this monument has also been broken. And this is not the first such symbol related to India which has been targeted by the protesters. Before this, many cultural centers, temples, houses of Hindus and places related to Hindus have been targeted. There is such a state of panic among Hindus that they have left their own country Bangladesh and are standing on the border adjoining India, requesting the Indian government to call them to India and give them security.

But India is also helpless, so right now it is very difficult for the people of Bangladesh to enter India and provide them shelter. Despite this, the Indian government is hopeful that the head of the new government, Mohammad Yunus, will establish peace. And this hope is not of anyone else but of Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself.

If this continues, Bangladesh will see destruction and devastation

However, till now, Mohammad Yunus does not seemed to be successful in this. And if Mohammad Yunus's attitude remains the same and India takes a tough stand, then Bangladesh will face a devastation that Mohammad Yunus would have never imagined. The reason for this is the business relations between India and Bangladesh.

For Bangladesh, India is the biggest market in Asia. Every year, Bangladesh sells goods worth about 2 billion dollars to India. The total business between the two countries is about 16 billion dollars. If India stops buying goods from Bangladesh, then Bangladesh will have to suffer a loss of at least 2 billion dollars every year, due to which its economy will completely collapse.

Even today, India has helped and is helping Bangladesh in such projects, which Bangladesh would not be able to build alone in even 100 years. For example, just last year, in 2023, India has signed an agreement for the Akola-Agartala cross border rail link, Khulna-Mongla Port rail line and the second unit of Maitree Super Thermal Power Plant and has agreed to pay for their construction. Apart from this, Bangladesh still buys 1160 MW of electricity from India. In the last eight years, India has given 8 billion dollars to Bangladesh for building roads, railways, ports and other development works.

These companies have invested in Bangladesh

Apart from this, Indian businessmen have also invested in Bangladesh. The country's biggest businessman Gautam Adani has signed a 25-year agreement with Bangladesh Power Development in Bangladesh, under which Adani's company is supplying 1496 MW of electricity from Godda power plant in Jharkhand. Apart from Adani, Dabur, Marico, Hero MotoCorp and TVS Motor have also invested in Bangladesh. Airtel, India's telecom company, has invested 28 percent in Bangladesh's telecom company Robi Axiata. Items of daily needs like cotton, wheat, onion, green vegetables, fruits and spices are also sent to Bangladesh from India.

In such a situation, if India withdraws its support from Bangladesh, then Bangladesh will have only one support country, China. But China will never be able to help Bangladesh as much as India does. And the whole world knows how China swallows a country by supporting it, by looking at the example of Sri Lanka. Therefore, Bangladesh will never want to make India its enemy. And the condition for maintaining friendship is that the government will have to stop minorities, especially Hindus, from being targeted in Bangladesh at all costs.
