Urmila and Mohsin were married in a private ceremony that garnered media attention on February 4, 2016. There was a lot of public interest in their 10-year age difference and interfaith marriage. Their nearly ten-year union seems to have hit a rough patch, though, despite their public appearances and sporadic social media posts.
Mohsin's life is not as well known, but Urmila has always been in the spotlight. Urmila was first introduced to Mohsin, a Kashmiri model and businessman, at the 2014 wedding of designer Manish Malhotra's niece. Malhotra and other prominent people were among the few guests at the couple's small wedding. Following their marriage, the couple attended a Nikah ceremony and then a visit to Amritsar's Golden Temple.
Mohsin, who first had Bollywood aspirations, starred in films like Luck By Chance (2009) and It's A Man's World (2009). He finally turned his attention to business, though, and is now supposedly connected to Manish Malhotra's clothing line.
Neither Mohsin nor Urmila have yet to formally address the divorce rumours.
