Assam Chief Minister is threatened by a Khalistani group over Amritpal's and his aides' actions.
Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has been threatened by the Khalistani group Sikh for Justice over his government's actions against Khalistani separatists.
Terrorist Gurpatwan Singh Pannu of Sikhs for Justice (SFJ), who is looking for Khalistani separatist Amritpal Singh, has threatened Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma.
Journalists in Assam received the threat call.
Pannu claimed that Pro-Khalistan supporters imprisoned in Assam have been tortured, threatening the chief minister. Listen cautiously, CM Sarma, the battle is between supportive of Khalistan Sikhs and the Indian system".
The SJF General Counsel added, "Sarma, do not fall prey to this violence," in the threat call.
"We are looking for the freedom of Punjab from Indian occupation through the tranquil vote-based course of a Khalistan mandate. " Pannu added, "You will be held accountable if your government is torturing and harassing the six Amritpal aides in the Dibrugarh Central Jail."
The police crackdown on Amritpal Singh and his outfit, 'Waris Punjab De' started on Walk 18, weeks after he and his allies raged the Ajnala police headquarters close to Amritsar to get the arrival of a captured man.
However, according to the police, Amritpal Singh was able to evade the Jalandhar crackdown and escape in various vehicles by repeatedly changing his appearance.
A number of his associates have been arrested or detained by the Punjab Police in criminal cases involving spreading discord, attempting to kill and attack police officers, and preventing lawful public servants from carrying out their duties.
Some of them have been subjected to the stringent National Security Act.
