Spouse attacks cop attempting to resolve a question with his significant other in Haryana's Sonipat, captured
A man was taken into custody in Sonipat, Haryana, for allegedly slapping a police officer while the officer was trying to resolve a domestic dispute between the accused and his wife.

In Sonipat, Haryana, a husband and wife's domestic dispute turned violent, leading to an assault on a police officer. After her husband physically attacked her, the wife called the police, and the husband allegedly assaulted the police when they arrived.
The incident took place in the village of Murthal, and the 112 emergency helpline was used to file the complaint. During the altercation, the accused even tore off the uniform of the SHO and stole his walkie-talkie.
The accused attempted to flee the scene but was caught, according to the police. The accused is alleged to have broken his phone by throwing it on the ground during his arrest. Additionally, the wife said that the husband had assaulted her and taken her phone.
The accused, Amit, has been arrested and a case has been opened against him by the Murthal Police. The accused has been charged with assault on a police officer, theft, and destroying government property. The matter is currently under investigation by the police.
