8-year-old girl smiles as she demands money from Putin for her native country
On Tuesday, Russian President Vladimir Putin visited an eight-year-old girl who had missed his visit to Dagestan. Vladimir Putin and Raisat Akipova called the finance minister to ask for money for her home region. It was promptly approved by Anton Siluanov, minister of finance.
Russian President Vladimir Putin, frequently seen with a strained face, laughed with entertainment when he met a grinning eight-year-old in Moscow on Tuesday. Raisat Akipova, the young lady from Derbent, was in Moscow at the greeting of Putin.
During Akipova's visit, Putin requested that she go along with him in a call to his money priest to request a financial plan award for her home district.
Finance Pastor Anton Siluanov at first sounded confounded by the call and neglected to answer the young lady's hello, however immediately consented to the additional subsidizing for her home district in southern Russia, Reuters revealed.
"Brilliant!" Putin answered, prior to telling the young lady: We have 5 billion roubles for Dagestan.
Quite, Akipova had neglected to meet the Russian President during his excursion to the Republic of Dagestan. On Tuesday, Vladimir Putin invited Akipova with blossoms, showed video delivered by Kremlin. It was the most recent of a progression of appearances, since the Wagner rebellion, that appear to be intended to show Putin as mindful, concerned and in charge.
Vladimir Putin told Raisat he had welcomed her and her folks to Moscow since he had been "irritated" by seeing an image of her in tears in the wake of neglecting to get to see him during his Dagestan trip. The visit was a spin-off of a visit by Putin to Dagestan last week when, bizarrely, he blended with a huge horde of individuals.
