Bangladeshi adult actor useing fake Indian passport

A Bangladeshi porn star has been arrested for using a fake Indian passport to stay in India. Riya Barde, alias Arohi Barde, was detained by the Hill Line police in Ulhasnagar, around 50 km from Mumbai.
According to information received by the police, a Bangladeshi family was using fake documents to stay in Ambarnath, Neyvali A. On starting the investigation, the fraudulent activities of the family came to light
An Amravati resident was discovered to have falsified Riya and three of her colleagues' visas in order to shorten their stay in India during the investigation. Section 14(A) of the Foreigners Act, 1946 and the Indian Penal Code were the grounds on which the Hill Line police filed a complaint against Riya and four other people.
There are currently four more suspects in the case being sought after. The accused's parents are reportedly currently in Qatar.
A case was filed in Thane, Maharashtra, earlier this year against a 23-year-old lady for entering Pakistan with forged credentials, including a phoney passport and visa.
The woman, identified as Nagma Noor Maksood Ali, popularly known as Sanam Khan, is charged with obtaining multiple identification documents, such as an Aadhaar card and PAN card, which she included with her passport application, and with altering her name.
In addition, the police reported that the man in question helped her fabricate the paperwork.
