YEIDA has announced the new toll rates for all types of vehicles. According to the new rates, light vehicles, cars and jeeps will have to pay Rs 2.95 per kilometer for passing through Yamuna Expressway. Earlier, toll tax of Rs 2.60 per kilometer was levied on these vehicles.

Earlier, toll tax of Rs 1.25 per kilometer was levied on two-wheelers. Now, from October 1, two-wheelers will be taxed at the rate of Rs 1.50 per kilometer. Yamuna Expressway is one of the few expressways in India where toll tax is also levied on two-wheelers.

How much toll tax to go from Noida to Agra?

The one-way fare for going by car or jeep on Yamuna Expressway will be around Rs 500. At the same time, this fare for two-wheelers can be around Rs 250. On the increase in the toll tax of Yamuna Expressway, YEIDA CEO Arun Veer Singh said that since the year 2021-22, Jaypee Infratech Limited, which is the toll operator of this expressway, was demanding an increase in toll tax. But considering the benefit of the general public, we were repeatedly refusing them.

Arun Veer Singh further said that there was no increase in the toll fee for the last three years. But if seen, the 12 percent increase made now has been increased by an average of 4 percent every year.
